Bach was invited to joaround Skid Row in 1986 when guitarist Dave Sabo heard him sing at a music producer's wedding. Sabo sent him the videotape of a b& playing, and Bach later joined the band. Fallowing enjoying commercial profits when lead singer of Skid Row, Bach was finally kicked away from a band around 1995 for his wild, around-the-face attitude that attracted media criticism.

He formed Sebastian Bach and Friends after being flushed from either Skid Row—a b& that has since reformed by having newly singer John Solinger and fresh drummer Phil Varone. When late he has been performing in the Broadway productions of The Rocky Horror Show and Jekyll & Hyde. Inside early 2002 he became a persons of ''VH1's Forever Wild''.

Within 1990, Bach performed with Guns N' Roses and Metallica, on the same stage, at the person held by RIP Magazine, the makeshift title for the band was: The Gak.

Around October 2002 he was signed to perform in the national road production of Jesus Christ Superstar and played the role of Jesus with success in the indicate until April 2003, once he was fired for alleged diva-prefer behavior.
